A rich, aromatic semi-dry blend — fruit sweetness balanced by acidity.
Solaris brings ripe fruit and body, Seyval Blanc freshness and structure. On the nose, peach, ripe apple and exotic notes. On the palate semi-dry: the higher residual sugar is, as always with us, balanced by lively acidity.
Pairs with Asian cuisine, spicy dishes, salads with fruit and blue cheeses.

Czytając opis, wino brzmi podejrzanie „bezpiecznie”… co często kończy się jako poprawny, ale nudny kompromis. Tyle że tutaj kompromis zamienia się w sprytną intrygę: najpierw wciąga owocowym, lekko słonecznym aromatem (trochę sad, trochę wakacje), a potem podcina nogi świeżością, która trzyma całość w ryzach.
Najlepsze jest jednak to, że ono niczego nie udaje. Nie próbuje być burgundem z aspiracjami, ani egzotyczną bombą aromatyczną. Po prostu: czyste, świeże, przyjemne i zaskakująco dopracowane.
