Joanna and Marcin Miszczak planted their first 15,000 vines on a sun-drenched limestone hillside in 2015. From day one: no pesticides, no artificial fertilisers — just patient, organic winemaking on one of the most dramatic landscapes in Poland.
The result: wines with a true character. Lively whites, delicate rosés and full reds — all bearing the mineral signature of Jurassic limestone.
