Winnica Jura started with a fascination — with the land, the climate and a question: can a Polish vineyard produce truly exceptional wines? On the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland, among limestone hills and a dry microclimate, the answer is: yes.

We planted the first vines with the conviction that wine should taste of the place it comes from. Today, Winnica Jura is a certified organic producer with its own recognisable character — no compromises in the vineyard or in the bottle.

Rybna, Czernichów commune — 30 minutes from Kraków, but at a completely different pace. Here, time is measured by the seasons of the vine.

We believe wine begins in the soil, not the cellar. Every decision — from pruning to bottling — flows from respect for the Jura terroir and the rhythm of the year.

The winemaker of Winnica Jura chose the limestone hills of the Jura before they became fashionable. He personally designs the variety plan, cares for the soil without chemistry and leads tastings — in Polish and English — with genuine knowledge and enthusiasm.

Every visit is an opportunity to tell the story of this place. Because wine is always a story — of this land, this year, these hands.
