Organic wine tastings, a bonfire, a tractor ride, food-pairing workshops — you build the programme yourself and we prepare an individual quote within 24 hours. We host corporate events from intimate meetings for 10 people to team-building for the whole company.

Food Pairing Workshop

Interactive workshops led by our sommelier — you learn the principles of pairing wine flavours with food. Sweet vs. dry, fatty vs. acidic, spicy vs. tannic. A tasting of 4 organic wines paired with matched snacks. Every participant leaves with practical knowledge to use at home or in a restaurant.

Tractor ride

You hop onto a tractor trailer and set off around the vineyard — between rows of vines with a view of the Jura. Bumpy, rocking, lots of laughter. Great photo ops along the way and a completely different look at the place. Each ride lasts ~7 minutes, up to 20 people at a time.

Sack race

We split participants into teams — usually women vs. men — and start a 50-metre race. A bottle of our organic wine is at stake. Surprisingly thrilling for a 10-second race, lots of laughter and keepsake photos that last. Up to 10 people per race, min. 2 races.

Make your own wine

We split into equal teams. Each team gets base wines, a blending kit and writing supplies. The task: blend the base wines into your own cuvée, design your own label and come up with a brand slogan. At the end our sommelier scores all three elements from 1 to 5 — the team with the most points wins. 90 minutes · subgroup of up to 10 people.

Bonfire with Bacyniok sausage

We light a bonfire in the vineyard. Everyone gets a stick and a sausage from Bacyniok in Rybna — plus bread, ketchup and mustard, wooden cutlery and paper plates. Against a backdrop of the vineyard, rustling vines and a panorama of the Jura under the stars. Two sausages per person, zero dress code, lots of good mood. 1.5 h · BBQ sausages if the weather turns.

The whole winery exclusively yours

You reserve the entire space — the event hall, winter garden, terrace, catering facilities and vineyard — exclusively, a private event. No other guests, full privacy, complete freedom to plan. Tables (Tuscan benches) and chairs included — delivery and setup. An event coordinator is also included for the whole duration.

Can we hold an event in winter?
Yes — the tasting hall with a panoramic window works all year. Winter events have their own unique charm.
Can we arrange presentations or talks?
We have AV equipment (projector, screen, microphone). Some companies combine a tasting with a short conference part — a proven formula for meetings with partners.
Do the winemaker and sommelier speak English?
Yes — we run tastings and tours in Polish and English. We regularly host companies with international guests.
How does event pricing work?
We quote individually based on the number of guests, format, catering and hours. Send an inquiry — we will get back to you within 24 h with an offer.
Can we buy wine on site?
Yes — we have a vineyard shop on site. After the event many groups buy wines to take home. We can also prepare gift sets with a company label.
