Outstanding Hibernal! The wine smells incredible — passion fruit and grapefruit, reminiscent of a good New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate it's bold and very crisp, yet perfectly balanced thanks to a touch of sweetness. Bonus points for that lovely mineral finish that lingers for a long time. Brilliant with Asian food and on the terrace. I'll gladly try more bottles from this vineyard.

This is a wine that charms you from the very first contact. The aroma is remarkably fragrant. The taste is superb — crisp, light and subtle. It was so good that I decided to slip out of work and take a trip to the vineyard for a whole case of this delicious wine. I didn't want to risk running out. Highly recommended.
