Nie napiszę o smaku że to mżawka pachnącego miodu, nie napiszę o aromacie jak o zachodnim wietrze spienione fale goniącym, nie opowiem o formie tak doskonałej że przytłacza samo przemijanie … jestem amatorem a nie koneserem, mogę zatem z czystym sumieniem i bez AI-owych bredni napisać: bardzo dobre – małopolska ma kolejny powód do dumy.

Cabernet Cortis 2021 Bio is a red, off-dry wine, but in a more elegant than heavy style. You can taste plenty of dark fruit — plum, cherry, maybe a little blackcurrant. It also has a subtly 'Cabernet' character: some tannin, a slightly herbal note and a sense of greater structure. I like that despite the fruitiness it isn't flat — it has character and would pair well with meat, cheese or a quiet evening.

The taste, the expressive aroma, the smell, even the colour itself — this magic simply cannot be put into words. I think this experience will stay with me for the rest of my life. And magic is exactly the word that fits here. I also can't leave out the charm of the vineyard itself... The quiet, the calm, the care at every step. If you want to drink a wine that truly 'tastes', there is nothing else for it. The place itself is just as magical. I highly recommend it.

A very good Polish wine! Intense aroma of dark fruit, a pleasant taste and excellent balance. Despite pronounced tannins it drinks light and easy. I'll definitely buy again and recommend it to all lovers of dry red wines 🍷
