Yes, we hold a preliminary booking for 7 days. A 100% date guarantee applies from the moment the contract is signed.

The reception itself usually begins between 3 and 5 p.m. Under the contract the party can run until 5 a.m. the next day, and guests have an extra hour — until 6 a.m. — to leave the vineyard.

As part of the preparations, the caterer and other vendors (florist, decorator) usually arrive at the winery from 8 a.m., so that everything is ready by around 1 p.m.

The rental price covers the winery building (event hall, winter garden, panoramic terrace), the catering infrastructure, the car park and 1 ha of the surrounding vineyard. The event is private — for your guests only; we put a notice on the entrance gate that the winery is closed that day.

The price also includes electricity for your guests, the DJ, the caterer and other vendors. In case of a power cut we keep an energy storage system on standby as backup. Throughout the reception we also keep the toilets clean and restocked.

Their general offer is attached in our information pack. For details of a specific event please contact the chosen company directly. We have full catering infrastructure on site, so the company does not need to bring its own facilities.

We assume you will choose the confectioner and florists who best suit your requirements. That said, we have had the pleasure of hosting La Baguette from Kraków many times — we love their creations visually, but above all — they taste superb! Likewise, the Petite Fleur florist from Kraków often arranges captivating floral compositions here. Highly recommended!

We also work with a wedding photographer — Antoni Fotograf knows our vineyard well and makes wonderful use of its scenery, and his natural, documentary style beautifully captures the atmosphere of a wedding among the vines. You will find his full offer with packages and sample galleries on his website and in the documents section of our wedding page.

We have specially commissioned "Tuscan benches" that beautifully match the atmosphere of the winery and vineyard. Available for rental: 5 benches 4 m long and 4 benches 2 m long (all 99.5 cm wide). At a 4 m bench with the caterer's chairs, 7 people can sit on each side; at a 2 m bench about 3.5 people per side (benches can of course be joined).

We usually decorate them with a runner down the middle so the sides of the wooden benches stay exposed — a lovely contrast with the light plates. We also rent round banquet tables 180 cm in diameter, comfortably seating 8–10 people. Details in our offer.

Yes, we rent wooden boho chairs with rattan seats that pair elegantly with our Tuscan benches or round tables. Setting the chairs up in the hall is included in the rental price.

Yes — we provide the event-hall floor plan in our information pack, so you can comfortably plan the layout of the tables and guests.

As a vineyard producing organic wines, it matters to us that the wines served at the reception come from our own production. We understand, however, that guests also enjoy other drinks — you are welcome to bring your own, and we do not charge corkage for that.

Yes, we have 50 running metres of dimmable light garlands that beautifully build the evening atmosphere of the reception. Details in our offer.

At an 80–100 guest reception we usually see half the guests arrive by their own means and half brought in by shuttle bus from Kraków or another location. The shuttle typically takes guests back twice — around 11 p.m. and around 2 a.m. Next to the winery building we have a paved car park for 50 cars.

We recommend trusted carriers: for smaller buses (up to about 20 people) — Superbus from the neighbouring village (Sanka), tel. 12 280-51-97 or 601 481 319; for coach transport — FiveStar from Kraków, tel. +48 502 817 097 or +48 509 136 381. Leaflets for both carriers are in the information pack.

We do not have accommodation on site, but there are several lovely places nearby that sleep from a few to a dozen or more guests — see the list below.

For larger groups we recommend hotels in Kraków. At night, the accommodation base in the western part of Kraków is just a 20–25 minute drive away.

The winery runs on its own energy storage system, which takes over within seconds of a grid failure and covers roughly 3–4 hours of the reception. For longer outages we keep a power generator on standby.

A storm in August 2026 showed us one more thing worth knowing: when the grid comes back, all the equipment starts up at the same time and can overload a phase, which makes the storage system trip its own safety cut-out. That is why, in the event of an outage, we now ask every vendor (catering, DJ, lighting) to disconnect their equipment and switch it back on one by one once the voltage returns. Our staff coordinates this on the spot — you and your guests do not have to do anything.

A wedding is often a complex logistical somersault. The starting point is booking your chosen date at a place you love. With us — once the contract is signed — it is best to first choose the caterer and confirm the date with them, and to confirm the date at the church or registry office (in our case the Czernichów commune office) if the vow ceremony is to take place here. For a church wedding we recommend the beautifully located Bernardine Monastery in Alwernia.

Next you settle the menu (usually during a tasting with the caterer) and contract the remaining vendors (florist/decorator, DJ, photographer, transport). Add to that the invitations and a suitable menu for vegetarian guests or those with allergies.

In April — before the wedding season begins — we additionally hold a wine tasting for couples, during which you choose the wines for your menu and agree the rental options (loungers, crates, garlands, wine bar). If your date is far off, we invite you to peek in on another couple's wedding between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. — in season practically every Saturday is a wedding day (please check the calendar).
