Our special one: a late harvest of three noble varieties — Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris.

The late picking brings ripeness and the notes typical of the style — caramel, honey, dried fruit. Yet the wine stays dry and balanced — full, but never heavy.

Pairs with foie gras, mature cheeses, roast duck and nut-based desserts.
