You choose the date — any day of the week, all year round, at the time that suits you. Before the visit you can indicate your group's taste preferences, and we'll select the wines especially for you: dry, sweeter, white, red or orange.

Private tasting is more than a ticket to a group tasting. The winemaker or sommelier guides exclusively your group — no strangers at the table, no other participant joins your programme.

You can choose any day of the week, any time, any number of people from 3 to 120 — and customise the tasting to your group's flavour preferences. Dry, sweeter, red, orange? Tell us what you like and we'll choose together.

Tour Programme

Winery Walk approx. 20 min

A guided walk by the winemaker or sommelier among the rows of organic vines — exclusively your group. The story of the varieties, the limestone Jura terroir and chemical-free farming, tailored to your group's level of knowledge.

Winery & Production approx. 20 min

A tour of the winery — fermentation tanks, oak barrels, ageing. The journey from harvest to glass, told without snobbery, with genuine passion.

Tasting with a View approx. 80 min

Tasting of 5 bio wines selected to your preferences — in the glass-walled room with panoramic vineyard views. Each wine discussed over the local board. Informal, at leisure.
