You can change or cancel your booking via the personal link in the confirmation e-mail we sent after your booking. The rules:
Tickets are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once to a later date — at the latest 1 day before the visit. The reschedule button is at the bottom of your original booking confirmation e-mail.
You may reschedule a voucher booking once to another date, or cancel it — at the latest 1 day before the visit and provided the voucher has not expired. After cancellation the voucher becomes available again. The reschedule/cancel button is at the bottom of your original booking confirmation e-mail.
Booked before this option existed and have no link in your e-mail? Enter your booking number and the e-mail from your confirmation — we will open your booking.
